Modal Architecture helped us design the changes we wanted to make to our home, and their care and professionalism stood out throughout. As first-time renovators, we appreciated the clear expectations and guidance through each stage of the design and consent process. The team provided detailed documentation and kept everything moving through file handovers and consent amendments. They were available to answer our builders’ questions, take calls and provide updates, so we felt supported throughout. We especially appreciated their ongoing interest in our project, including a recent visit to see the finished result. We would happily recommend Modal to anyone planning a renovation.
