Modal Architecture's documentation consistently stands out for its clarity and completeness, with plans that are really well drawn and easy to work from, making work on site much smoother. They possess an in-depth understanding of the Building Code and district plans, ensuring that compliance is not just a box-ticking exercise, but an integrated part of the design process. On site, Modal Architecture demonstrates a thorough grasp of how design translates into construction, engaging constructively with contractors to resolve issues while maintaining complete design integrity and regulatory alignment. Sam stayed involved throughout the whole build, regularly checking in with site visits and always making himself available when advice was needed. His response time was spot on, quick, helpful, and reliable. All round, Sam is professional, approachable, genuinely committed to getting the best result, and great to work with.
