Modal Architecture worked closely with the client to meticulously craft this masterpiece. This contemporary home stretches 45m along with the site on an east to the west axis with three 'wings' housing three lifestyle spaces.

The western space is all about summer games, with a large garage and games room adjoining a bar, this space lives happily with its own deck out to the lawn. The central space was designed for living. Wining and dining is style - An entertainment space with luxurious indoor and outdoor areas for memories to be made. The east wing, for bedrooms, a home office, and the Master Suite - features a private lounge, library nook, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite, all accessed via the Master Suite. Built with the future in mind, this home is for generations of the family to enjoy. 

By combining the clients vision, and our experience, we were able to conceive and execute a spectacular home that not only met their very specific needs but also kept the opulent luxury they wanted to emulate. They were involved at every stage.
