Modal Architecture delivers a level of professionalism, maturity, and client care that exceeds expectations. Working with Modal Architecture has been a genuinely positive experience. From the outset, they listened carefully to my vision and translated it into a thoughtful and practical design for a complex two-home development in Wellington. On complex multi-home developments, Modal Architecture acts as an attentive listener, clear communicator, and budget-conscious design lead. They communicate clearly at every stage, keeping me well-informed and comfortable with each decision. Their calm, composed, and collaborative approach creates a positive experience, offering transparent cost savings without ever compromising design or construction quality. What I value most is their calm, professional approach and their ability to manage project constraints without compromising quality. Having worked with other architects before, I can confidently say the team's respectful, client-focused manner stands out. I would highly recommend Modal Architecture to anyone seeking a reliable and talented architect.
