On our first meeting with Modal, we were blown away with their professionalism, and then they designed a beautiful house for us. Modal Architecture takes initial ideas and turns them into thoughtful, beautifully resolved architectural designs that make the building process simple and stress-free. Their future proofing idea of a lift was brilliant. We have hardly had to make any changes & when we did, they were great about it. Both being new to a new build, they have walked us through and made us aware of each stage. By coordinating consultants early and implementing early contractor engagement, Modal Architecture builds complete pricing and design confidence. They manage resource consents, building consents, and construction observation with exceptional care, honesty, and reliability. We would definitely recommend Modal to any of our friends. Thank you! We are very happy having worked with you.
