Modal Architecture has a team of highly professional designers, quickly earning complete client trust through an articulate, warm, and responsive approach. Having worked with Sam from Modal Architecture for several years, I have always found him, and his team to be professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Their drawings, specifications, and related documentation are exceptionally comprehensive, accurate, and well considered. Communication with the team is excellent, whether by phone, email, or in person, and they always take the time to ensure everything is clear and well understood. Whenever site queries arise or minor adjustments are required, Modal Architecture goes the extra mile to address them immediately, ensuring that clients feel valued, confident, and well-supported throughout the process. Modal's team is honest and brings a high level of professionalism to their work, making projects run more smoothly, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
