Kylie & Chris

We still can't believe how lucky we were to have found Sam for our renovation on our mountain home. Modal Architecture approaches projects with clarity, care, and genuine enthusiasm, doing a superb job of building complete trust in the architectural process. From the initial meeting, Sam heard our brief and very quickly conceptualised our dream home for us, developing thoughtful, well-resolved design concepts that capture the client's vision and respond carefully to the site. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable as each stage slowly came to life. Modal Architecture works closely with builders and engineers to ensure designs are practical and buildable, guiding clients through council submissions with a seamless level of preparation. He not only collaborated with our builder and engineer to ensure the project was on track the entire way, but used his expertise to help us navigate the council submission process, so successfully it was seamless. We can't recommend Sam highly enough and we look forward to working through Stage 2 when the time comes along. Thank you Sam.
