Agree the right level of involvement
Your proposal can include scheduled site observations, meetings with the project team, review of selected construction information and support with architectural changes. We agree the scope and frequency before work begins. Site observation is periodic architectural input; the builder remains responsible for construction, and council inspections and specialist inspections retain their own roles.
