Fraser Hill Home is a technically precise new build designed to maximise a challenging sloped site in Johnsonville. Utilising an innovative palette of Weathertex cladding and Starke UPVC joinery, the residence is a benchmark for high-performance, energy-efficient living. The project leverages advanced digital modelling to resolve complex structural requirements including a sophisticated SIPS floor and roof system—long before construction began. The result is a modern, buildable, and elegantly designed "forever home" that provides comfort and liveability without compromise.
