Project Summary:This comprehensive renovation of a classic residence in Lake Hayes, Queenstown, focuses on harmonising the home with its sweeping alpine context. By reimagining the existing floor plan, we have created a high-performance sanctuary that prioritises light, flow, and modern functionality. Key enhancements include the integration of bespoke timber batten cladding, an expansive outdoor living area with a tailored louvered system, and refined interior finishes that reflect a timeless neutral palette. The design addresses complex site conditions with technically precise solutions, ensuring the renovated home delivers both buildable beauty and lasting quality
